From Quote to Finished Slab — The Muscle Concrete Process
Nine steps. No guesswork. A foundation done the right way, built for your metal building.

01 / GET YOUR QUOTE
Buy direct from Muscle Concrete or through one of our authorized dealers. Send us your slab size, site address, and any building plans, and we'll price the concrete and package options together — so you see the full picture up front.

02 / APPROVE YOUR QUOTE AND GET ON THE BOOKS
Once you sign off on the scope and specs, a non-refundable deposit reserves your spot on our schedule. Financing options are available if you need them.

03 / GET YOUR SITE READY
Before we roll in, you'll handle a few things on your end:

• Pull any required permits

• Clear the work area

• Line up financing or anything else your project needs

Not ready yet? No problem. We'll check in with you every couple of weeks until you are — your spot doesn't disappear.

04 / GREEN LIGHT
When you tell us the site is ready, we work you onto the schedule. You'll get a call 5–10 days ahead to confirm, and we'll let you know when to have your inspector on site if your project requires one.

05 / WE ARRIVE
Your arrival payment is due when the crew gets on site — certified funds preferred. Our crew laser-checks the grade of your site as soon as we get there. If additional dirt or grading is needed beyond what's in your quote, we coordinate it and price it with you before any extra work begins. Then the layout gets double-checked against your building plans — every corner, every door, every dimension.

06 / PREP AND FORMING
Forms go down to your exact dimensions. Footers are dug to your contracted width and depth, and rebar is set inside the footers — supported so it stays where it belongs, inside the concrete.

07 / POUR DAY
If your project requires inspection, your inspector checks the footings and prep before we pour. Then the trucks roll in and our crew pours, levels, and finishes your pad with the broom or smooth finish you selected.

08 / CURE, STRIP, AND WALK-THROUGH
We strip the forms, clean up the site, and walk the finished slab with you to make sure you're satisfied. Final payment is due at completion — certified funds preferred. We take final photos for our records and your building manufacturer's records.

09 / BUILDING DELIVERY AND ERECTION
Ordered a steel building package too? We send your site photos directly to your dealer or manufacturer so installation can get moving — no chasing paperwork, no delays. Your building goes up on a pad that was done the right way.
